SBA 7(a) & 504 Financing
Small business loans for real estate, acquisition, and expansion.
SBA loans open financing to Florida small businesses that might not qualify conventionally. The two workhorse programs — SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 — cover most owner-occupied CRE, equipment, working capital, and acquisition needs.
SBA 7(a) offers up to $5M with flexible use of proceeds. SBA 504 is purpose-built for owner-occupied CRE and heavy equipment, with just 10% equity injection and long-term fixed rates on the 504 portion.
Available to qualified Florida borrowers statewide — including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Naples, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Gainesville, Tallahassee, and the Panhandle.
